The Pureheat Model

		Managing Director Garry Barnes Garry oversees all areas of the business and has done so for the last 10 years. With a solid marketing and engineering background Garry can not only maintain a high standard of build of current and new products, but also carry this quaility right through into the Pureheat brand identity.
		New Gisborne Vic Manufacturing Plant Pureheat has been producing quality heating products from conception right through to packaging in this small but efficient factory in New Gisborne Victoria. From here all production line crews and assemblies are put togther, quality controlled and tested and packed and distributed for wholesalers.
		Production Line Our Assembly Line consists of many jigs and rigs to make sure a consistant product is delivered. We use no automation here, all products are hand assembled and packaged. That is why we have been around for 40 years and so have some of our heaters! The old saying, "They don't make them how they use to is not relevant here, as we still make them like that!
		Quailty Assurance and Testing Our assembly line crew consists of a small elite band of workers that have been with the company for the last 20 years. They know the product inside out and their speed of assembly is unrivaled. Once assembled we run each heater through a series of tests before distribution.
		Warehousing and Distribution The heaters are then packaged and stored in racks according to power output and models. Once purchased we have a very quick turn around time of getting the stock onto a truck and distributed.
